Honey of Sikia

10% of the domestic production of honey is produced from the land of Sithonia!
  Sykia occupies one of the first positions in its production with over 40 beekeepers with over
  from 30,000 beekeepers who work for honey!
  Each of the beekeepers has large beekeeping units – 500 to 1600 hives – and has
dedicate his life to the production of honey.
Professionals dedicated to honey, transport the hives all over Greece, following the road
of flowers. In the past, the movements of the bees took place within Halkidiki.
Now, they start their beekeeping year in November from Peloponnese or central
Greece and in the spring they return to Macedonia. Flower honey is produced here from June to August.

In recent years, a processing and standardization unit for honey products was created by our producer, in a facility that meets all the specifications of a modern packaging plant, and you will find their products in the stores of the area.
